How to Book our Apartment
Our apartment is on the first and second floors, accessed via an easy-to-use spiral staircase.
It sleeps 6 very comfortably, but can accommodate 8 (or 9 if the 9th person is a baby), in 1 double and 2 twin rooms,
with a fold-down bed for use in the larger twin room. There is also a travel cot and high chair in the flat. Please let us know if you would like these made available.
Click here to go to our special kids' page.
There are two bathrooms (I with bath and shower, I just a shower, both with WCs).
The flat is centrally heated and there is a utility room with a washing machine,
iron and ironing board. All linen, including towels, is provided and the kitchen is well equipped.
The television gives you several English speaking channels, as well as French ones and we also
supply you with at least a day's worth of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and toilet paper as well as the
basics of cooking oil, salt and pepper. And a welcome bottle of wine.
The rental price covers gas, electricity, broadband, wireless & phone calls
(except those to mobiles or special numbers.) Also covered is cleaning at the end of your stay.
The only extra is a bond of 220 Euros, 200 pounds sterling or NZ$400. This will be returned to you within a
week of you leaving, unless we need it for repairs, to pay for phone calls to mobiles and
special numbers or for extra cleaning. Please let us know if you would like to pay the bond in
Euros, Sterling or NZ$s. We will return it in the currency in which you paid it.
We also ask you not to bring pets without prior arrangement or to smoke in the apartment
and hope that you will enjoy your stay in our place in this charming town. Scroll down or
click here to see our rates
and here for availability.

You can pay your rental either via
Paypal (which
allows you to use credit and debit cards) or, if you prefer, by transferring Euros directly into our
French bank account.
To book send an email to bookings@lebachBdeB.com giving the dates that
you would to stay there and your name and contact details and indicating which method of payment you prefer.
We will reply by email within 24 hours confirming that the dates are available (or suggesting an
alternative if they are not) and asking you for a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
If your requested dates are available, we will either send you details of our French bank account,
if you have indicated that is how you want to pay, or a Paypal invoice. We will keep the apartment
available for you at the dates you requested for a week to give you time to make the payment.
Once we have the payment we will let you know what to do on arrival and give you a local
phone number to use in case of emergency. If you want to see our terms and conditions before
you book you will find them at the bottom of this page
or click here.
For weekly booking the
changeover day is Sunday. This is so that you can visit
the fabulous street market only open on Saturdays.(And spend the last of your Euros!)
The covered food market is however open every day except Monday. Morning is best
for a visit as there are less stalls available in the afternoon.
We ask you to pay the bond and the rental balance at least eight weeks before your date
of arrival and will remind you of this by email. If you change your mind and decide
that you no longer want the booking please let us know as soon as you can. If you do
this eight weeks or more before your arrival date, we will return your deposit.
(Our terms and conditions includes our cancellation policy,
see below.)
The rent for the apartment is currently between 480 and 770 Euros per week depending on the
time of year. Below we give you the availability and the letting rates.
We will give you a 10% discount if you book the apartment for 2 or 3 weeks.
If you want to stay even longer please ask us for a special rate. And we will
also give you a discount for your second and subsequent bookings!
Please note that in high season we can only take bookings on a daily basis if
you book 4 weeks or less before your required arrival dates.
